VNC2Me Updates

I have been sick over the last little while, and so have spent some time in bed alone.

what better way to pass the time, than to code ... vnc2me has never looked better ...

I have had some feedback from several sources, not all of it positive :)

due to this feedback, i have changed / added the following:

Changed the main GUI:
- It is smaller in height, and neater (everything is alligned better)
- Most text is read from INI (all GUI text will soon be, but isn't yet)
- Removed debug tab and made it a seperate GUI (with INI options to allow showing it, default is not)
- Tabs are only created if the files they depend on exist (eg. removing the v2mvwr.exe removes the tab - and therefore all viewer options)
- Added reading INI for server details
The mini GUI now shows the session code
Vista modifications to disable aero and turn off secure desktop admin prompt, and make screen refreshes faster (untested as no vista to test on)
building with 7zip works again now

and a few more ... most of which is hidden under the hood

the EXE is not available yet, but the code is on the SVN
